Last updated October 28, 2026 SectionsSection 1: Credit terms (clauses 1–14)Section 2: Review terms (clause 15)Section 3: General terms (clauses 16–18) Section 1: Credit terms 1. Credit plans and payment 1.1Credit plans are monthly subscriptions. You pay for each month in advance, by card, on the day you start your plan and on the same day each month after that (your "billing date"). 1.2Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel it. 1.3Prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales tax that applies. Any such tax is shown before you pay. 1.4Your monthly credits are added to your account once each payment goes through. 2. How credits work 2.1You use credits to send proposals to taxation clients from the job board, the daily jobs email or auto-bid. 2.2Each proposal costs between 10 and 40 credits, set by the client's annual fee budget. Each job shows its cost before you send a proposal. 2.3Credits are taken from your balance when your proposal is sent. Sending a proposal unlocks the client's name and contact details for that job. 2.4Each job takes up to 4 proposals. Once 4 have been sent, the job closes to new proposals. 2.5Azul may change the credits a job costs before you send a proposal. The cost shown when you press Send is the cost you pay. 3. No rollover: credits must be used each month 3.1Credits are valid only for the billing month they are added in. 3.2Any credits you have not used by your next billing date expire. They do not carry over to the next month and they are not refunded. 3.3Your new month's credits replace any unused balance. They are not added on top of it. 3.4Your credit balance and next billing date are shown in your account at all times. 4. Credits have no cash value 4.1Credits are not money. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, sold, or transferred to another person, firm or account. 4.2Credits can only be used on your own account, for your own firm. 5. Bonus and promotional credits 5.1Azul may sometimes give free or bonus credits. These expire on the date stated when they are given, or at your next billing date if no date is stated. 5.2Bonus credits are used before your paid credits. 5.3Bonus credits have no cash value and are not refunded. 6. Auto-bid 6.1Auto-bid sends proposals for you using the settings you choose, including your daily credit limit and the most credits you will spend on one job. 6.2Proposals sent by auto-bid are treated as sent by you. Credits used by auto-bid are not returned because a setting was wrong or was changed too late. 6.3You can change or turn off auto-bid at any time. Changes apply from the next run. 7. Getting credits back 7.1You can ask for your credits back on a job within 7 days of sending your proposal if:the client's phone number and email both do not work;the client tells you they did not ask to find a new accountant; orthe job is a copy of one you have already sent a proposal on. 7.2Credits are not returned because the client chose another firm, did not reply, or did not agree to your fee. 7.3To ask, raise a support ticket from your account and choose the job and the reason. Azul will check and reply in your account within 5 business days. Azul's decision is final. 7.4Returned credits are given back as credits, never as cash. They expire at your next billing date, like your other credits. 8. Changing or cancelling your plan 8.1You can move to a different plan at any time. The new plan, its price and its credits start from your next billing date. 8.2You can cancel at any time before your next billing date, and you will not be charged again. 8.3After you cancel, you can use your remaining credits until your next billing date. Then they expire. There are no refunds for part of a month. 9. Failed payments and chargebacks 9.1If a monthly payment fails, Azul will try to take it again. New credits are only added once payment goes through, and auto-bid is paused until then. 9.2If you dispute a payment with your card provider (a chargeback) for credits you have received, Azul may suspend your account and remove the credits from that payment. 10. Client details you unlock 10.1You may use a client's details only to contact that client about that job. 10.2You must not share, sell or pass on client details, or add clients to marketing lists without their consent. 10.3You must keep client details secure and delete them if the client asks you to. 11. Proper use of your account 11.1Each firm may have one account. Do not share your login with anyone outside your firm. 11.2Do not copy, collect or scrape jobs or client details from Azul, or try to identify or contact clients before you have unlocked them. 11.3If you break these terms, Azul may suspend or close your account. Unused credits on an account closed for this reason are lost and not refunded. 12. No promise of work 12.1Azul introduces you to businesses looking for an accountant. Azul does not promise that any client will reply to you, meet you or hire you. 12.2You are responsible for your own engagement letters, fees and professional duties to any client you take on, and for being qualified to work for clients in their state. 13. Unlimited plan 13.1The Unlimited plan costs $5,000 a month. Like the credit plans, it is paid monthly in advance and renews each month until you cancel it. Clauses 1, 8 and 9 apply to it. 13.2While your Unlimited plan is active, sending a proposal uses no credits and there is no monthly limit on the number of proposals you can send. 13.3Each job still takes up to 4 proposals in total, and you can send one proposal per job. The Unlimited plan does not give you a place on a job that is already full. 13.4Proposals sent on the Unlimited plan are featured at the top of the list of proposals for each job, above proposals sent on credit plans. If more than one Unlimited firm sends a proposal on the same job, their proposals are shown in the order they were sent. 13.5On the Unlimited plan, auto-bid sends your proposal to every new job that fits your settings. The daily credit limit and the most credits per job do not apply. 13.6Clause 7 (getting credits back) does not apply to proposals sent on the Unlimited plan, because they use no credits. You can still report a problem with a job by raising a support ticket. 13.7The introductory offer of 10% extra credits is for credit plans only and does not apply to the Unlimited plan. 13.8All other terms apply to the Unlimited plan, including clauses 10 to 12 on client details, proper use of your account and no promise of work. The Unlimited plan is for your own firm's account only. 14. Changes to prices and these terms 14.1Azul may change plan prices, credit costs or these terms. Azul will email you at least 30 days before a change to your plan's price or to these terms takes effect. 14.2If you keep your plan after a change takes effect, you accept the change. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect. Section 2: Review terms 15. Reviews and how Azul manages them 15.1Only a client who chose a firm's proposal through Azul can review that firm, once for each job. The client reviews the firm from a private review page, rating the work from 1 to 5 stars. 15.2Reviews must be honest and based on the reviewer's own experience of work the firm did for them. They must not include abusive language or anyone's private information, such as tax details, phone numbers or addresses. 15.3Firms must not review their own firm or other firms, offer payment, discounts or other rewards for reviews, or pressure anyone to change or remove a review. 15.4A firm that thinks a review is unfair can report it from its account, giving the reason and any evidence. The review stays on the profile while Azul checks it. 15.5Azul looks at the review, the report and any evidence, then decides whether to keep or remove the review. Azul removes a review if it is not about real work by the firm, is false or misleading, is abusive, contains private information or breaks these terms. Azul does not remove a review only because it is negative. 15.6Azul may also remove a review that has not been reported if it breaks these terms. Azul does not edit reviews. 15.7Azul's decision is shown in the firm's account and is final. A removed review no longer shows on the firm's profile or counts towards its rating. 15.8Reviews are the views of the people who write them, not of Azul. Section 3: General terms 16. Limits on Azul's liability 16.1Azul's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your plan in the 3 months before your claim. 16.2Azul is not liable for lost profits, lost fees or lost clients. 17. Governing law 17.1These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. 18. Contact 18.1For questions about credits or these terms, raise a support ticket from your account.
